Volunteer Program
Apply today for our C.I.T. Program! We are looking for students interested in volunteering at our popular summer camps. C.I.T's will be working with our young campers ages 3-7.

Requirements:
- Age 12-13
- Genuine love for the outdoors & working with children
- Letter of recommendation from a teacher or other non-relative adult [i.e., parent of children you babysit, an employer, minister/pastor, etc.]

Jr. Counselor
Program
Apply today for our Jr. Counselor Program! We are looking for teens who are interested in working at our popular summer camps. Jr. Counselors will be working with our young campers ages 3-7.

What is the process to apply?

Fill out the application form by March 14, 2025

Receive an invitation to the parent meeting (April 2, 2025, from 12:00-1:00 PM)

Sign up for the required training day

Based on observations during training, your student may be invited to enroll in the program
How do I know if my student is the right fit for the program?
This program is perfect for students who:

When is the parent meeting?
This meeting will be held on April 2, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. It will cover what to expect during our training day for your students and the summer sessions. This meeting will also cover enrollment fees, gear, and any other questions or concerns from parents.
When is REQUIRED training for CIT & J.C?
Summer 2025:

Date: Saturday, April 26

Time: 9:00 am - 11:00 am

If your students cannot attend the training day, they will not be able to participate in the 2025 summer program. We encourage you to apply again next year. Upon completion, participants will receive a handbook and certificate. Training canceled due to severe weather will have a make-up day.

My students completed training. When can they begin the program?
Completing training does not require or guarantee that participants will apprentice in future programs. Your student may receive an acceptance letter inviting them to enroll once training is complete. If they do not receive an acceptance letter, we encourage you to re-apply next summer!
